The Master Silk Artist designation is SPIN's most prestigious certification.
MSA certification recognizes artists who have demonstrated exceptional technical skill.
MSAs serve as mentors, teachers, and ambassadors for the art form.
Since its inception, the MSA program has certified fewer than 50 artists.
If you are already creating confident, original silk work and you are a current SPIN member, this is your opportunity to earn the highest professional honor in our community. MSA recognition celebrates exceptional artistry, technique, and creative voice and it carries lifelong distinction.
Follow the MSA Application form exactly. Missing required components can remove your application from review. The committee evaluates only the submitted work samples, so choose carefully.
